Wrong clicks are not catastrophes

Deletes are soft. They go into the trash with the user and timestamp recorded, and any authorized user can restore them with a single click. Production data does not vanish because of a misclick.

Auditable purge

After the retention window, items are permanently deleted, and the deletion is logged in the audit trail. Nothing leaves the platform silently.

What you get

30-day retention

Deleted items are recoverable for 30 days; the retention window can be tuned at the org level.

Per-item restore

Restore individual items, or batch-restore selected items with one action.

Audited purge

Permanent deletion is logged in the audit trail with a clear reason and authorized user.

Can I extend the retention window?

Retention can be tuned for your organization. Reach out to support if you need a longer or shorter window than the default.
